Personal Valuables
We do not recommend that you wear jewellery during your visit to the Spa. If you are a hotel guest, we advise you to store your personal valuables in the safety deposit box located in your room. Prive SPA is not to be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
Digital Detox
Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. The spa is a mobile, camera, and smoke-free zone. Please ensure mobile phones are switched off or set to silent mode. The spa will provide towels, slippers, disposable underwear, and all other required amenities.
Refund Policy
Products and treatments sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
Health Condition
When making your spa reservation, kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service.
Age Requirement
We accept reservations for guests who are at least 21 years old.
Accidents or Injuries
We will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries sustained during your visit.
